CUSTOM WORKS

All our products can be made to order, making them all customisable. Please, feel free to compile our form to get a taste of what we could create for you. Customisation can be about a completely novel piece of jewellery or just altering a flower or a gemstone.

REPAIRS

We offer a free lifetime reparation service for all manufacturing defects (for more information: lifetime warranty). If the flaw is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will evaluate the materials and effort needed to repair it and will formulate an estimate. Once approved, we will proceed with the alteration. Please beware that shipping and duties are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a proven manufacturing defect. However, if you would like us to arrange the shipping, we can take care of it. The price will be added to the estimate.

CARE

To assure the longevity of your jewellery we suggest some simple precautions:

  • Remove your jewellery when washing your hands and body or using corrosive products.
  • Keep your jewellery away from excessive heat and temperature changes.
  • Check the clasp and any movable pieces before wearing your jewellery.
  • Give special attention to softer gemstones, pearls or pavé settings.
  • Examine regularly that the gemstones aren’t loose. If you are in doubt please contact us.
  • We recommend keeping your jewels separate to avoid scratching.
  • If you wish to clean your jewellery, we recommend lukewarm water and neutral soap with a soft brush.

Jewellery will adapt, scratch and become “softer” with time; this is a normal process. For jewels that have a patina, please understand that their nature is to change due to chemicals, perfumes, the Ph level of the skin or the water and impact.
